At SOHO, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home decor and furniture items are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes, ensuring fragile home goods are properly padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
